Coordinating with staff and drivers to manage inventory and shipments.
Monitoring the handling of materials to ensure safety and prevent damage.
Conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Implementing process improvements to enhance loading efficiency and reduce costs.
Understanding of Bilty/Challan books.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, basic formulas).

Experience: 2+ years

Full Time

Plan and schedule transportation routes, considering factors such as distance, delivery timelines, and traffic conditions.
Monitor and track vehicles and shipments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
Liaise with drivers, transport vendors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges during transportation.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and repair schedules to ensure proper fleet functioning and coordinate with respective teams accordingly.
PAN India route knowledge is mandatory.
Software knowledge such as E-fleet is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, basic formulas).
